Founded in 2021 by former GRIHA Council Officials, I-NAT Global is headquartered in NOIDA with a strong project presence across India and abroad.

Founder and Managing Partner

Ar. Gaurav Gupta, holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture and is an IGBC Accredited Professional as well as a GRIHA Certified Evaluator and Trainer.

With over 14 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in green building rating systems and documentation. He worked with the GRIHA Council for five years, gaining in-depth knowledge of sustainable practices and standards.

Director Technical

Er. Gautam Aswani has over 9 years of experience in the green building industry and has worked with the GRIHA Council for 7 years, gaining extensive expertise in developing and implementing green rating systems.

He is highly skilled in conducting environmental audits and preparing green building documentation. Over the course of his career, he has conducted more than 300 site audits for green building projects and has provided consultancy services for projects of all scales, ranging from 2,000 sqm to over 200,000 sqm.

Managing Partner

As the Managing Partner at I-NAT, Neeti Gupta leads the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives. With a background in human resources and organizational development, she champions a people-centric leadership style that emphasizes innovation, efficiency, and teamwork.

She has held roles in leading multinational companies such as Hindustan Unilever Limited, gaining valuable cross-industry experience. Her expertise in HR, talent development, and governance continues to shape I-NAT’s strong organizational culture and business performance.
